Seeking a Mechanical/HVAC Foreman for a direct hire opportunity. This is a remote opportunity that will require travel nationwide.

Pay is between $35 - $45 per hour (based on experience)
The Mechanical/HVAC Foreman plans, coordinates, and supervises crews performing new construction and remodeling projects. This position ensures project tasks are executed safely, on time, and in accordance with specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate work of mechanical craft employees
- Assign tasks based on priorities and employee skillsets
- Train and mentor crew members
- Review and interpret contracts, blueprints, and specifications
- Collaborate with project managers and administrators on daily operations
- Monitor and manage construction progress to meet deadlines
- Conduct inspections and ensure work meets design standards
- Resolve jobsite issues and provide technical guidance
- Communicate with project stakeholders as needed
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction or project coordination
- Strong computer, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of all phases of construction and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with materials, tools, machines, and labor costs
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
- Proficient in blueprint reading and specification interpretation
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
