Requirements
- Proven Expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Extensive Experience in MEP BIM Modeling, demonstrating expertise in creating detailed and accurate MEP BIM models for a diverse range of projects
- Proficiency in Clash Detection, experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving clashes within MEP models using software like Navisworks, Revit, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
Responsibilities
- Create detailed MEP models in Revit
- Collaborate with project teams to coordinate design aspects and resolve conflicts
- Develop 3D models and construction documentation for MEP systems
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of designs, adhering to project specifications
- Participate in coordination meetings with architects and engineers
- Assist in the development of project schedules and deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working on projects based in the United States is essential, as it demonstrates an understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of the local market. Moreover, familiarity with U.S. codes and standards is crucial
- Fluency in English is a crucial requirement for this position, ideally at a C1 or C2 level
