TeleSoftas is seeking additional support for our design team and offering a temporary position for a UX/UI Designer.
In this role, you’ll be collaborating with one of our valued clients, Haven, the UK’s leading leisure company. Each year, Haven welcomes over 4 million guests and 25,000 owners to its 40 holiday parks. It means that every design decision will have a meaningful impact on a large number of users, making this a challenging and highly rewarding role.
The role involves designing both staff-facing admin tools and guest-facing experiences, ranging from complex dashboards and booking systems to mobile-friendly interfaces. To ensure seamless user flows, you will collaborate closely with designers, product managers and developers. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and polishing of a design system, ensuring consistency across the entire product.
Challenges you’ll tackle:
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile apps
- Take ownership of design projects, leading the development of user-centered solutions
- Prepare high-fidelity visual designs, mockups and prototypes that follow brand guidelines and meet business objectives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design objectives and ensure successful project execution
- Work independently on medium to large complex tasks, managing your time and priorities effectively
- Contribute to the creation and upkeep of design systems, promoting consistency and scalability across all products
- Stay informed about the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continually improve design quality and innovation
Skills for success:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- A portfolio showcasing your design work and thought process
- Proven ability to simplify complex, system-oriented problems through intuitive design
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills, with a keen eye for details
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, developers, designers)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present design ideas to team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Figma (our primary design tool)
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
- Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, and other complex tools
- Experience with hospitality or travel industry
- Familiarity with web accessibility best practices
- A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit—someone who enjoys sharing ideas and improving team processes

For this position, we offer 3 300 € - 4 958 € / month gross salary (the final offer will depend on your experience and competencies).
This is a full-time, temporary position, depending on the project length.
