In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for evaluating title information for complex commercial transactions and guiding clients through the title insurance process. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented candidate with a strong background in title examinations and an understanding of multifaceted commercial transactions.

As a National Commercial Title Officer/Examiner, you’ll ensure that all title reports are accurate and in compliance with state laws, while also addressing any potential title issues that may arise. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment!

  • 5+ years of experience in title examination or a similar role, specifically within commercial transactions.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of title insurance procedures, underwriting standards, surveys and relevant laws.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
