WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
- Handling KYC requests
- Requesting KYC documents from clients
- Monitoring deadlines and statuses of KYC and related cases
- Gathering information related to chargebacks, fraud cases, and partner-related issues
- Requesting additional details from clients or partners as needed
- Processing refunds upon request from merchants or internal teams
- Requesting and managing end-user documentation
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a similar role is a plus
- Experience in fintech or payment solutions is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Fluency in Russian and at least B2 level of English
