We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Practicum Placement Advisor to manage the placement process for online graduate students across the country. This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven role focused on securing and vetting placement sites in alignment with university requirements. The ideal candidate excels in building relationships, managing logistics, and providing exceptional support to placement partners.
As a Practicum Placement Advisor, you will:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end placement process for online graduate students.
- Research, identify, and establish new clinical placement opportunities with social work agencies and related organizations nationwide.
- Collect, review, and ensure all site documentation meets university and programmatic standards.
- Strategically match students to placement sites by aligning student interests, program requirements, and site capabilities.
- Consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to weekly outreach, documentation, and student matching timelines.
- Maintain timely placements to ensure students’ academic progress and success.
- Provide excellent customer service through professional, proactive communication with site partners and internal teams.
- Accurately track all communications and site information using a CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data is current and well-organized.
- Identify and escalate barriers to placement and recommend solutions.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or advanced credential preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in customer service, student services, workforce development, talent placement, recruitment, or a similarly metrics-driven environment.
- Experience working with social service, healthcare, or educational institutions is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build professional rapport via phone and email.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with availability during standard business hours.

$52,000 - $55,000 a year
