Mirakl Solution Consultant (Marketplace Expert)
Location: Melbourne, Australia (Hybrid/Remote Options)
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mirakl Solution Consultant to drive successful marketplace implementations for retail & CPG clients. You’ll serve as the technical authority on the Mirakl platform, guiding customers through architecture design, integration, and scaling strategies to build high-performing marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Implementation Leadership
Lead end-to-end Mirakl platform deployments from discovery to go-live
Conduct solution design workshops to define marketplace architecture and feature adoption
Advise on REST API integrations with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Magento)
Mitigate risks by identifying technical gaps and proposing alternatives
Strategic Growth & Optimization
Post-launch: Identify expansion opportunities (international, omnichannel, new business models)
Develop reusable assets/templates to accelerate future implementations
Serve as liaison between customers and Mirakl product teams to influence roadmap
Technical Advisory
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specs (JSON/XML, CSV workflows)
Guide development teams on Mirakl best practices and integration patterns
Stay current with Mirakl feature releases and SaaS eCommerce trends
Required Skills
Must-Have:
✅ Expertise in eCommerce consulting (Retail/CPG focus preferred)
✅ Hands-on Mirakl platform experience (implementations/integrations)
✅ Expertise with REST APIs and SaaS/PaaS architectures
✅ Proven ability to create technical blueprints and business requirements docs
✅ Strong stakeholder management (operational teams to C-level)
Nice-to-Have:
🔹 Experience with additional eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, SAP Hybris)
🔹 Knowledge of marketplace business models (B2B2C, dropshipping)
🔹 Certification in Mirakl or related technologies
