Summary

The job involves assisting the admin/procurement department in various tasks such as filing documents, typing, translating agreements, minutes taking, following up on purchase requisitions & purchase orders, raising quotations, maintaining status reports, updating data, and performing other duties as required. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of office management systems, office equipment, proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), excellent time management skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, and good communication skills. They should also be self-motivated, communicative, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.

Requirements

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, working knowledge of office equipment (like printers and fax machines), proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular), excellent time management skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, diploma & above

Responsibilities

Assist admin/procurement department in filing documents, typing, translating agreements, minutes taking, following up the Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order related, assisting in the procurement process such as raising a quotations, maintaining status reports on procurement activities and work in progress, updating data pass up asset, performing any other duties are required
