About the Role
The Product Manager will lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of product solutions that drive value for our customers and business. With a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, this role is pivotal in bringing our product strategy to life, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable outcomes through high-quality products that support Ofload’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own the roadmap: Define and deliver product initiatives aligned with company strategy
- Lead discovery & research: Use data, user insights, and stakeholder input to shape solutions
- Drive execution: Work with tech, design, and ops from ideation through launch and iteration
- Collaborate deeply: Partner across internal teams (Tech, Design, Ops, Finance) and external stakeholders (Shippers & Carriers)
- Manage integrations: Define requirements and oversee implementation of 3rd party tools (when applicable)
