Product Manager
Location: Remote, between PST and GMT time zone | Full-time | Reports to: Senior Product Manager
PADI Travel is looking for an outstanding Product Manager with a passion for digital experiences, scuba diving, and global travel. This is a rare opportunity to shape innovative products at the intersection of adventure and technology — and to do it on a global stage.
You’ll work closely with our Senior Product Manager, engineering teams, and a wide range of business stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital products across our global ecosystem. You’ll be involved at every stage of the product lifecycle — from defining strategy and gathering requirements, to delivery and go-to-market — and will be empowered to grow into a Senior Product Manager role over time.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Translate the product vision into actionable epics, user stories and clear acceptance criteria
- Create product requirement documents and build business cases based on data, customer, industry and market insights
- Guide your scrum team through the entire product lifecycle -from ideation to launch and iteration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions aligned with business objectives
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to validate ideas, define priorities, and inform roadmaps
- Conduct user and market research to validate product ideas and prioritise roadmap initiatives
Required Experience
- 3+ years Product Management experience of building B2C and/ or B2B products within an Agile Scrum environment
- Track record of translating a Product Vision and Objectives into highly valued outcomes
- Experience of progressing a product enhancement through each of the product lifecycle steps in collaboration with engineers and UX/ UI teams
- Using customer research, conducting A/B testing and using data to drive decisions and define outcomes
- Understanding and/ or knowledge of front and back-end development and associated technologies
- Working within a startup environment or fast-paced environments
Nice to Have Experience
- Building or optimising two-sided marketplace platforms
- Travel and/ or e-commerce industry knowledge
- Experience from a Business Analyst background
- Knowledge of system architecture, API development, and user experience design
- Industry knowledge or a passion for scuba diving, travel, or tourism
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Product & Dev: JIRA, Postman, CommerceTools,
- Design and CMS: Figma, Django Admin, Drupal or equivalent
- Analytics: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Tableau or equivalent
- Other: Stripe, Amazon Web Services
Must-Have Skills:
- Problem Solving: Deep curiosity and structured thinking to uncover root causes and design effective solutions
- Critical Thinking: Ability to test assumptions and drive iterative product development
- Product Management: Skilled at backlog management, prioritisation, and defining user stories/ acceptance criteria
- Documentation: Comfortable mapping as-is/to-be processes and performing gap analyses
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Time Management: Balancing quality and speed while delivering results
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Design, or related field
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Facilitation: Skilled at leading workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Design Sensibility: Passion for crafting delightful user experiences that convert
- Marketing Acumen: Familiarity with online marketing and SEO
- Process Modelling: Knowledge of BPMN or similar techniques for optimising workflows
