About the role
You will be a key member of the product team, contributing to the development of the overall product strategy, product roadmap, and business plan. You will report to the CTO and will have a direct exposure in shaping the product team.
Requirements
Your Responsibilities
Work closely with customers and key stakeholders to define and develop detailed product and business requirements
Find a define engaging product metrics and own them
Implement improvements and new features with a cross-functional team including Engineering, Operations, Sales
Actively prioritize product backlog, pre-planning, prioritization, and user story mapping sessions
Your Profile
2-4 years’ experience in working in agile product development within a FinTech or early-stage startup
Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
A great understanding of and focus on customer problems and needs
Experience with agile and lean development methodologies
