Rore Investing is a fast-growing USA based real estate investment company seeking an experienced underwriter with strong Excel skills. The underwriter will work with acquisitions teams to understand the financials of real estate deals, organize data, and develop guides for each asset type.
Requirements
- 3 years of real estate underwriting experience needed
- Fluent Verbal and Written English
- Excellent mathematical, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets
- Available at least 9-1pm EST for meetings, otherwise can work whenever
- Hard worker, able to start immediately and work 40 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Working with acquisitions teams to understand the financials of real estate deal completely
- Organizes all data into Excel/Google Sheets templates with analysis
- Organizes info about each deal into easy to understand documents for sales team and public
- Developing guides and checklists for each asset type
