Summary
The job is for a Registered Dietitian at Foodsmart Nutrition Network to provide nutrition consultations and help members access and use SNAP benefits. The RD will complete follow-up visits, achieve high NPS scores, and develop lasting relationships with patients.
Requirements
- Active credentialing as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and Licensed Dietitian
- At least one state licensure
- Willingness to apply for additional licensure in at least one other state
- Fluent in Vietnamese + ability to complete an MNT visit in Vietnamese
- Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of professional experience in providing nutritional counseling
- Ability to work in the U.S
Responsibilities
- Complete at least 6 follow-up visits with your patients
- Achieve an NPS of 80% and above
- Develop lasting relationships with your patients to support them towards sustainable behavior change and improved health outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Multilingual (native level) language capabilities
- Multiple active state licenses or certifications
- Experience delivering services via a telehealth platform
Benefits
$12/unit for Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). Each unit for MNT is 15 minutes, so you'd earn $48 for a visit that lasted for one hour
