We were founded in 2015 as a Healthcare Fintech provider. We partner with managed care organizations, offering supplemental benefits, flex cards, and member engagement solutions. Our goal is to help members improve health outcomes, reduce costs, and address social determinants of health. We use a compliance-focused infrastructure, our own technology, and a dedicated service model to support our health plan partners.

Our services include managing supplemental benefits, providing fintech payment platforms, advanced analytics, and custom programs. For example, our Open Loop Flex Card Solution supports over 4 million cardholders, handles over $4 billion in annual spending, and processes more than 150 million transactions each year. We also offer an Agent Portal, which allows partners and care managers to assist members by placing orders, checking balances, loading credits, updating profiles, requesting replacement cards, reviewing order history, requesting refunds or reshipments, sending catalogs, and viewing delivery information.

Our headquarters are in Plantation, Florida. We have Member Experience Centers in Plantation and Miramar, Florida, and Distribution Centers in Florida, Nevada, Tennessee, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Texas. We also have an IT division in Hyderabad, India.
