Who Are We Looking For?

We’re searching for a Reservation Agent who is not only exceptionally organized and detail-focused but also energized by the logistics that make a dream vacation possible. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring that every booking, every flight, and every hotel stay goes off without a hitch.

What You’ll Do

  • Make and manage hotel, flight, and car rental bookings for our clients.

  • Coordinate payments and liaise with our Finance Team to ensure accuracy.

  • Review and verify invoices from providers, flagging any discrepancies.

  • Handle special requests and urgent situations with providers via email or phone.

  • Be the go-to person for our Trip Planner Team—booking support, research, double-checking details, and more.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and providers alike.

Who You Are

  • You speak and write fluent English effortlessly.

  • You’re a natural at organization, time management, and problem-solving.

  • You have a reliable internet connection and can work independently with minimal supervision.

  • You’ve likely planned trips (professionally or personally) and love the behind-the-scenes magic of travel logistics.

  • You’re open to working flexible hours—including evenings, weekends, and some holidays (this role involves an afternoon shift and includes one weekend day).

  • Bonus points if you have experience in travel, hospitality, or admin, and a solid knowledge of European destinations.
