  • The core responsibility will be to manage the Risk Team’s email inbox on a daily basis. This will include administrative tasks, such as updating client and matter records, billing information, handling requests for status updates to the practice.

  • Cooperating with other Business Support functions such as finance teams.

  • Managing and recording information using internal systems and platforms.

  • Filing, recording of client documentation and updating databases.

  • Contacting lawyers and assistants (over the phone or via email) for outstanding information.

  • Inputting and sorting information into Excel.

  • Conducting background checks on companies.

  • Responding to routine email inquiries.

  • Providing general support to management on ad hoc tasks when necessary.

  • Proven ability to work as part of a team; previous work in an international team is a plus.

  • Ability to work mostly remotely and within a virtual team.

  • Demonstrate an ability to work with minimal supervision at busy times.

  • Professional demeanor, dealing confidently, competently and diplomatically with partners and legal assistants worldwide by email and telephone.

  • Strong communication skills, able to follow as well as provide clear and unambiguous information or instructions, in writing and over the telephone.

  • Manage time efficiently, delivering work to a consistently high standard and to deadlines.

  • Excellent standard of spoken and written English.

  • Proven experience working with and good command of MS Office.
