Our products serve global clients in the fintech and regtech sectors. As we continue to expand our footprint in the LATAM region, we are looking for a talented Sales Account Executive based in Brazil to help us drive market growth.

Position Overview

As a Sales Account Executive focused on closing deals, your core responsibility will be to convert qualified leads into long-term clients. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our expansion strategy in Brazil and surrounding markets, particularly promoting our RegTech solutions. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand client needs, deliver persuasive value propositions, and close new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Closer: Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, closing deals with clients in fintech, regtech, and software sectors.
  • Demand Generation: Collaborate with Marketing to drive lead generation activities and convert high-quality leads into sales.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships throughout the sales funnel—from initial contact to onboarding.
  • B2B Sales Techniques: Use consultative and strategic selling techniques to engage decision-makers and address business needs.
  • Internal Coordination: Work cross-functionally with product, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our product offerings and clearly articulate their business value to potential clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, forecasts, and closed deals using CRM systems.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on fintech and regtech trends, industry shifts, and competitive landscape in Brazil and the broader LATAM region.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Sales Expertise: 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, IT, or fintech solutions.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to manage complex negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Proven experience in identifying customer pain points and offering tailored solutions.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Communication: Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Regional Experience: Sales experience within the Brazilian or LATAM markets.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of software, SaaS, or regtech product offerings.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Capable of managing sales cycles of 3–9 months.
  • Channel Knowledge: Experience with partners, resellers, or systems integrators in the technology space is a plus.
