You will serve as the strategic link between business goals and technical execution, ensuring products deliver measurable outcomes and long-term value.

This is a remote-first role, but you must be based in the U.S., as occasional travel may be required to visit clients, attend industry events, or represent Pulse @Madison Ave at Salesforce ecosystem engagements.

  • 5+ years in a Product Owner, Product Manager experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Experience managing teams of developers and collaborating with offshore development teams
  • Must have experience working for a Salesforce consulting partner, ISV, or PDO
  • Must be based in the U.S., with flexibility to travel for client engagements and events
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Established success managing Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Hands-on experience creating detailed user stories, managing product backlogs, and overseeing release cycles
  • Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange solutions and enterprise-level managed package deployments
  • Track record of working collaboratively with developers, architects, analysts, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive and technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and lead initiatives in fast-paced consulting environments
  • Comfortable leading and triaging client support needs in collaboration with internal teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and feature definition for Salesforce-based solutions, aligning enhancements with business goals and client needs
  • Lead backlog management, release planning, sprint reviews, and design reviews in coordination with Product, Design, and Analyst teams
  • Gather and document requirements, translate them into clear user stories, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Act as a key liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and delivery of impactful features
  • Partner on documentation initiatives including release notes, help articles, and knowledge base updates
  • Triage and prioritize support requests, bugs, and enhancement tickets through tools like ZenDesk, ensuring efficient resolution
  • Coordinate and lead product demos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Track and report product KPIs, adoption metrics, and ROI insights to stakeholders and leadership
  • Advocate for user-centered design and continuous improvement, integrating feedback loops into product cycles
  • Monitor developments in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem and identify solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Contribute to internal delivery frameworks, tools, and best practices that support scalable consulting engagements

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.)
  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or enterprise technology sectors
  • Familiarity with managed package lifecycle, version control, and AppExchange security review
  • Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Gearset or Copado

Why Madison Ave Consulting?

  • Join a high-performing team of seasoned Salesforce professionals
  • Be part of a growing consultancy rooted in healthcare and enterprise delivery
  • Enjoy flexible remote work, a collaborative and respectful culture, and a focus on professional growth
  • Work on meaningful Salesforce projects that drive real impact for clients
