Join OpenTable, a leading hospitality company, as a Solution Architect to enhance Salesforce architecture and support the Global Sales & Services organization. You'll work across multiple Clouds/platforms, collaborate with stakeholders, and make strategic recommendations to achieve peak efficiency, data cleanliness, and user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce Lightning experience, with a focus on internal systems/business applications (Business and/or Technical Architect Certification preferred)
- Experience managing Salesforce feature requests
- Advanced skills building Salesforce reports/dashboards
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, complex data storage models, and their implications
- The capacity to grasp and learn new technical concepts quickly and independently
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- The ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail and while consistently meeting aggressive deadlines
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Revenue Operations team to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives into sprints, and communicate with stakeholders about new enhancements
- Build strong working relationships and in-depth knowledge of internal departments and their processes in order to identify areas of opportunity and recommend solutions
- Overhaul business processes and design new automations to improve operational efficiency
- Partner with Salesforce Admins and Engineers to implement multi-component solutions across Sales & Support Clouds
- Operate as a liaison between the Global Sales & Services team and Product/Engineering org
- Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert and driver of technical transformation
- Support a team of remote Sales and Services team members who rely on SFDC daily to manage their customer interactions, territories, and pipeline
