Job Description

As a Sales/Telesales Associate, you’ll work with existing clients to provide expert support while identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services that meet their needs. You’ll be part of a professional, performance-driven environment that values ownership, service, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional and courteous service via phone, email, or web inquiries
  • Resolve client requests and maintain strong relationships that support retention
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to support customers throughout the full policy cycle
  • Troubleshoot escalated service, billing, and claims issues
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Stay informed on industry trends and recommend solutions based on client needs
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues when needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Typing speed of 30+ WPM
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficient PC and multitasking skills
  • Action-oriented and comfortable handling objections
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Remote Work Requirements

  • Reliable internet: at least 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
  • Wired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
  • Modem updated in the past 12 months
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
