At 3Pillar, we leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions for our clients. As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable ML systems and provide technical mentorship to junior team members. You’ll also evaluate model architectures, explore cutting-edge techniques, and ensure solutions are both impactful and ethical.The tech stack we are using at the moment:
Key Responsibilities:
- An excellent API Python Dev with 5+ years experience developing production solutions (i.e. security, performance, scalability, best practices, etc.)
- Solid API experience (i.e. FastAPI)
- Solid DB Experience (i.e. SQL)
- Cloud Experience: Preferable Google Cloud Platform, Vertex AI, etc.
- 1-2 years experience of implementing GenAI in a production context (very important to have production experience and not simply PoCs).
- Excellent problem solving in the context of GenAI projects
- GenAI application evaluation
- CI/CD Experience
- Good communication skills, personable, adaptable to new ways of working / environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in building AI models with ML, NLP and deep learning; 6+ is desirable.
- Google Gemini LLM models
- GCP (as mentioned above Vertex AI, Cloud run, Cloud SQL, etc)
- Python 3.12+
- FastAPI
- LangChain (we use it lightly, only some of its utilities but not for LLM interfacing), Native Google GenAI SDK, LangGraph, LangSmith (for some dev evaluation).
- Various open source packages depending on the use case needs.
Additional Experience Desired:
- Good understanding of Software Engineering processes.
- Experience in working with huge datasets in a production environment.
- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone), RAG, Hugging Face.
- Contributions to research papers, blogs, or open-source projects.
