Requirements
Role
We’re looking for a passionate Senior Backend / Full Stack Engineer to help us enhance and scale the core infrastructure of our platform. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing our backend architecture, ensuring it supports the innovative features that make our platform stand out. Working closely with AI Engineers and Product Managers, you’ll help drive new AI-driven solutions and ensure our backend is designed to scale with the future of our platform. What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborate with AI Engineers and Product Team: Work closely with AI Engineers and Product Managers to develop and implement innovative AI-driven solutions that align with our product vision and drive real business outcomes. Your contributions will be key to building new features that enhance the user experience and propel our platform forward.
Drive Technical Leadership: Lead the development of scalable backend systems, taking ownership of key architectural decisions and ensuring that backend services are optimized for performance, scalability, and seamless integration with AI functionalities.
Shape Business Impact: Take a proactive role in translating business goals into technical solutions, ensuring that backend architecture not only meets current needs but also supports the future growth of the platform and delivers business value.
Champion Quality & Innovation: Maintain a strong focus on Continuous Integration, code quality, and performance optimization. Bring fresh ideas to the table and work collaboratively to bring those ideas to life through hands-on development and implementation.
Propose & Implement Technical Enhancements: Identify and act on opportunities to improve the platform’s backend architecture and scalability, ensuring that we are constantly moving forward, innovating, and optimizing for business success.
Skills and Expertise
Backend Development Expertise: Mastery of JavaScript (Node.js) and TypeScript, with significant experience in backend frameworks and architectures.
Database Design: Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL), schema design, and query optimization.
Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience deploying and managing backend services on cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform).
API Development: Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend and other backend services.
Quality Assurance: A commitment to writing clean, maintainable code with a focus on testing and overall quality.
CI/CD & DevOps: Familiarity with Continuous Integration pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure smooth, scalable deployments.
