A Senior Business Analyst (aspiring product manager) and/or Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in the evolution and operational oversight of our diverse platform, including homegrown tools, data integrations with external tools, and our Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
As the “chief execution officer” for the technical team, you will help develop products that enable better care for our patients, and that drive value to caregivers, referring client partners, and internal clinicians. . You will be responsible for ensuring our business requirements align to our product strategy and roadmap, delivering on time Epics and elevating blockers to ensure a smooth rollout of features across our medical practice. This role offers the unique opportunity to drive key features forward and make a significant impact on patient care outcomes.
What you will accomplish:
- Represent product management by assessing, analyzing and inserting our patient, client and customer needs into the delivery of all key features
- Collaborate with IT, clinical teams, operations, growth, and external partners to ensure that projects delivered meet the business objectives
- Develop and oversee Jira tickets that align to the project, including but not limited to creating stories, leading grooming ceremonies, managing timeline expectations, testing features before deployment and owning feature documentation
- Manage and enhance our product planning and discovery procedures, leveraging prior experience to improve our efficiency over time
- Oversee product defects, including but not limited to tracing and gathering defect details to replicate issues, prioritizing with engineering and communicating with stakeholders when fixes are deployed
- Work closely with the Vesta engineering team to both plan and implement projects big and small
- Lead scrum ceremonies and clearly communicate blockers to product management and/or operational leadership
- Train stakeholders on new functionality and serve as the expert on both the feature and the healthcare workflow to ensure an optimal user experience
We are seeking a compassionate and driven individual who has:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management within the healthcare industry ( required)
- A proven track record in managing internal products
- Grit and wants to lean in and accelerate their product career within a high growth healthcare organization
- Ability to multi-task - specifically juggle competing priorities and keep multiple teams of stakeholders in sync with progress against all priorities
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Worked with JIRA (or a related project management tool) under an Agile methodology

Pay range is $100,000-$120,000 based on experience. (The referenced salary range is based on the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level).
