About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our European international Institutional Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial markets, an established network within the financial sector, and fluency in English, with proficiency in an additional language being a plus for engaging with stakeholders across the EU region.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sales Growth & Market Expansion: Develop new sales strategies and channels across the EU and the broader EMEA region, generating leads and successfully driving the sales cycle to completion.

  • End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Lead the full sales cycle—from research and lead generation to conversion and account management—ensuring sustainable client relationships and long-term success.

  • Client Service & Issue Resolution: Handle time-sensitive client inquiries, including complex matters related to APIs, products, liquidity, and accounts, ensuring efficient and timely solutions.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Take ownership of organizing meetings, capturing key discussions, and ensuring effective follow-ups with stakeholders.

What We Look For In You

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders in the UAE market.

  • Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English, with an additional language preferred—Arabic or Hindi is a plus.

  • Extensive Financial Network: Well-established connections within wealth management, private banking, and related sectors.

  • Proven Sales Expertise: Experienced in driving sales, navigating local crypto regulations, and building long-term partnerships with traditional finance institutions.

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align business objectives.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Goal-oriented, proactive, and committed to driving business growth.

  • Highly Motivated & Self-Driven: Passionate about business development with a results-driven approach.
