We are looking for an experienced Senior Power BI/Microsoft Fabric Consultant to build enterprise-grade reporting for our client with strong security and operational rigor.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade data solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
Create advanced data models and DAX calculations to support self-service analytics and executive-level reporting.
Lead the design and implementation of secure, governed Power BI workspaces and datasets across business units.
Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
Enforce robust access control strategies and workspace governance to ensure data security, compliance, and operational rigor.
Establish performance monitoring and optimization standards for Power BI datasets, reports, and semantic models.
Provide technical leadership and best practices guidance to enable scalable, secure, and reliable analytics solutions.

Your experience:
8+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise reporting environments.
Deep expertise in Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and Microsoft Fabric architecture.
Proven experience implementing secure access controls, role-based security, and workspace governance frameworks.
Strong knowledge of Power BI service architecture, dataset refresh strategies, and performance tuning techniques.
Track record of delivering scalable, maintainable, and highly secure analytics solutions in enterprise settings.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience setting standards and mentoring teams on Power BI development, data modeling, and governance best practices.
Previous consulting experience is highly desirable!
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Salary range for this role is $120,000-$150,000 per year, dependent on experience.
