Summary

Join BillionToOne, a next-generation molecular diagnostics company, as a Senior Prenatal Specialist. This remote position requires a seasoned prenatal sales executive to drive market adoption and grow revenue quickly. The ideal candidate will have three years of Women's Health sales experience at a genetics or molecular diagnostics company in this territory.

Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years of Women's Health sales experience at a genetics or molecular diagnostics company in this territory; must have existing relationships with OBGYNs, MFMs, GCs, etc. and convertible business
  • Will consider Women’s Health medical device sales experience if all other requirements are met and there is strong convertible business
  • Proven track record of sales success (eg. National award winning - President Club or equivalent required); if company does not have national sales awards, must have comparable performance (ie. top 10% of salesforce nationally; strong demonstrated growth in sales volume and territory)
  • Solid negotiation skills, understanding of buyer/decision maker types, exhibit effective selling, listening, presentation skills, and ability to assess and respond to customer needs
  • Effective time management skills required with a demonstrated ability to assess and prioritize opportunity required
  • Must act with a sense of urgency, with a focus on closing and pulling through business
  • Ability to assess the needs of medical professionals and staff members with a focus on consultative sales, coordination of logistics, and problem solving
  • Strong desire to work in a startup environment and must work independently with an internal drive to be successful

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a strategic, data-driven business plan to build out the territory and grow revenue quickly
  • Drive market adoption, sales, and territory growth through direct sales to individual OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors
  • Prospect and cultivate new business, and actively maintain existing relationships
