As a Senior Principal Product Manager EAM Use Cases, you will play a key role in preparing LeanIX to serve >5000 customers. You will work as main authority to define product-centric uses cases with stakeholders like Product Marketing, and work relentlessly to productize these use cases. In this role, you combine deep Enterprise Architecture understanding, with a hands-on & user centric approach, seeking for continuous optimization and ensuring customer success.
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- Own the definition of & success of EAM use cases, in strong alignment with Product Marketing, Product Enablement, Sales & Customer Success.
- Serve as internal though tleader & advisor in the Product organisation
- Ensure productization & adoption of LeanIX, by combining state-of-the art technology like Walkme with a strong level of trust with the remaining product organization
- Work closely with customers to validate & increase thought leadership
- Collaborate with UX teams to ensure the product provides seamless and engaging user experiences, delivering measurable business value.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Management, ideally with deep SAP LeanIX product experience
- 5+ years in Strategy Consulting, Product Management or an adjacent role
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on experience in building and scaling product capabilities from the ground up within an agile framework.
- Track record of working cross-functionally with UX, Engineering, Product Enablement, Customer Success, and Sales in a SaaS environment to deliver customer-centric solutions is a strong plus
- Concrete experience in Digital Adoption Platforms, e.g. WalkMe, is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Business English.
