We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the Monetisation area driving B2C (Professional car sellers) revenue growth in our motors marketplace. Your product team will own the end-to-end payments and subscriptions experience for car dealers on our platform including subscription packaging, checkout, pricing rules, and payment processing. This team is responsible for building, maintaining and optimizing all the monetisation levers that generate Motors revenue from B2C users.
This is a growth-driven role focused on risky monetisation experimentation, data-informed decisions, and early validation using AI prototyping tools. We’re looking for someone collaborative, humble, and deeply metrics-savvy, excited to solve complex, high-impact monetisation problems.
Please note that this position is based in Portugal and OLX does not provide relocation support - you must already be based and eligible to work in Portugal. Remote work within Portugal is possible.
What You’ll Be Doing
Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmap
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Pay & Subscribe.
- Evolve our B2C monetization ecosystem to enable package upgrades. And deliver solutions that enable professional users to complete their purchases, thereby driving feature adoption and increasing inventory on our platform.
- Establish and own clear success metrics, and build both short-term execution and long-term product bets to drive measurable impact.
Growth, Experimentation & Validation
- Identify opportunities for B2C monetisation growth through rigorous experimentation, data analysis, funnel diagnostics, and rapid iterations.
- Use AI tools to create early prototypes and validate problem-solution fit before investing in full builds.
User & Market Insights
- Build a deep understanding of dealer workflows, pain points, and motivations through qualitative research, analytics, competitor analysis, and user interviews.
- Translate insights into meaningful product features and enhancements.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and analytics to ship high-quality products at speed. Ensure strong discovery + delivery loops.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing to ensure product-market fit, internal alignment, and go-to-market readiness.
- Act as a bridge between user needs and business goals, driving internal alignment and inspiring your team.
We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplaces, classifieds, or B2B platforms.
- Demonstrated success in growth product roles: experimentation, funnel optimization, conversion improvements.
- Strong data fluency: can work with analytics, A/B testing tools, dashboards, and use metrics to drive decision-making.
- Experience building or using AI-powered product tooling (e.g. Figma AI, Lovable, prompt engineering).
- A strong sense of humility, curiosity, and a team-first mindset.
- You care deeply about user experience and build with empathy.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. You are required to be proficient in English.
