Job Description
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their quality management needs and translate them into SAP QM solutions
- Design and configure SAP QM processes, including quality planning, inspection, notifications, certificates, and control
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP QM, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, user training, and go-live support
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP QM with other modules such as MM, PP, and SD, as well as with non-SAP systems
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and usability
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user manuals
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on best practices and innovations in SAP QM
- Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with SAP QM implementation and configuration
- Strong understanding of SAP QM processes, including quality planning, inspection, notifications, certificates, and control
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP QM and other modules such as MM, PP, and SD.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and client collaboration skills
- Good English skills both in written and spoken
- Experience with SAP project lifecycle phases, including blueprinting, testing, and go-live
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
Additional Information
- Knowledge of German language is considered an advantage.
