Job description
We are actively seeking a Senior SAP Service Management (SM) Consultant for a 6-month,REMOTE contract opportunity. The consultant must work PST hours, as the client is based in California.
This role requires a seasoned professional with deep SAP SM functional expertise and excellent communication skills.
🔹 Required Skills:
Strong SAP Service Management background with experience in:
Warranty, whole unit exchange/repair, service notifications, and service orders
Configuration in SM, strong knowledge of Contracts (value/quantity/service)
Revenue recognition and repair order processes
Customer service master data: equipment, warranty, functional location, counters
Experience with IDoc setup, testing, and interface management (SAP and non-SAP)
Strong Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management, and EDI/IDoc integration experience
Able to provide both conceptual and detailed design, and write functional specs
Collaborate with technical teams for development and testing
OTC (Order to Cash) experience is a plus (at least high-level understanding)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
