Join Aretum as a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect and play a pivotal role in transforming IT service management for our federal clients. In this dynamic position, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and provide exceptional service delivery.

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients and team members, to ensure effective delivery of cutting-edge ServiceNow applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and follow a project management plan

  • Oversee and assist in development of custom and complex ServiceNow applications

  • Oversee and assist in the automation of ServiceNow components

  • Support the completion of technical documentation

  • Oversee processes in an Agile development environment

  • Ad hoc responsibilities

  • Minimum of 12 years of demonstrated IT Experience

  • 7+ Years of ServiceNow experience

  • Experience with developing complex, custom ServiceNow applications

  • Experience with complex workflows, integrations, and scripting

  • Experience with automation of various ServiceNow components

  • Experience with the ServiceNow SPM module

  • JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS

  • Technical documentation experience

  • Agile Development experiences

  • Project Management experience

  • ITIL V3 (minimum)

One of the three certs below:

  • ServiceNow Certified Admin
  • ServiceNow Certified Developer
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
