AppEvolve is seeking a User Experience Designer to join their design team to support web and mobile application design needs. The ideal candidate will use human-centered design to create easy-to-use interfaces, have Figma expertise, work with stakeholders to identify requirements, and perform user testing and usability analysis.

Responsibilities
- Leverage a human-centered design process to deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience
- Research customers, competitors, and products
- Work with stakeholders to identify requirements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
- Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, interaction design, or a related field
- Working knowledge of UX design principles
- User interface design
- Graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- Wireframing/prototyping in Figma
- Experience with user testing and usability analysis
