About the Role:
In 2025, we’re excited to expand our creative studios worldwide! We’re looking to bring on board talented 3d Character artists to join our teams and bring their unique touch to renowned game titles.

Key responsibilities:
Create high-quality, realistic and/or sci-fi-inspired characters, outfits, and accessories, including both high-poly sculpts and optimized in-game assets.
Demonstrate strong understanding of hard surface modeling, futuristic design, and traditional anatomy in character creation.
Work with simulation tools, scanned data, or custom sculpting techniques to achieve top-tier visual fidelity.
Collaborate closely with Lead and Senior Artists to maintain the creative vision and meet technical specifications of the project.
Adapt to various art directions and stylistic requirements across different game projects.
Ensure assets are delivered on time and meet internal quality benchmarks.
Actively participate in peer reviews and provide feedback to maintain quality and consistency across the art team.
Support and mentor Junior Artists by sharing best practices and workflows.
Maintain detailed documentation of processes, references, and style guides.
Extensive experience (at least 5 years) contributing to AAA projects, showcasing high-quality game-ready 3d Character work and technical expertise.
A stellar portfolio that inspires and highlights your exceptional skills, creativity, and artistic talent.
Proficient in ZBrush, Maya or 3ds Max, Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter, Photoshop, Blender, Marmoset Toolbag, using Unreal Engine 5 or proprietary game engines.
Strong knowledge of form, shape, structure, and silhouette in both organic and hard surface modeling.
Strong design sensibilities—an eye for detail, silhouette, color, and composition.
Solid grasp of optimization techniques related to polycount, UV layout, and texture usage for high-performance games.
Excellent communication skills and ability to take and apply constructive feedback.
Passion for character art and a love for pushing visual boundaries in games.
