We’re seeking a results-driven SEO & AI Optimization Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our organic growth initiatives. In this individual contributor role, you will own the end-to-end SEO strategy—spanning technical SEO, content strategy, and performance analytics—enhancing our search presence, brand visibility, and informational authority across both traditional and AI driven channels. You’ll work closely with content, digital, and product marketing teams to embed SEO and AI thinking across our digital programs and support pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic traffic, improve search visibility, and support demand generation goals.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and link-building initiatives to enhance site performance and authority.
- Diagnose and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawlability, indexing, structured data, mobile usability, and site speed.
- Collaborate with web developersto implement SEO fixes and optimize site architecture for both users and search engines.
- Partner with content, digital, and product marketing teams to ensure SEO is built into content planning and execution from the ground up.
- Work closely with paid media stakeholders to align SEO and paid search strategies for maximum impact across shared keyword targets and landing pages.
- Leverage AI and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, etc.) to enhance SEO workflows, such as keyword clustering, SERP analysis, content generation, and entity-based optimization.
- Understand how LLMs function and apply that knowledge to improve content structuring, semantic relevance, and user targeting.
- Design and run SEO A/B tests and experiments, including tests of LLM-generated content vs. human-written content, to determine performance lift.
- Monitor SEO performance with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and SEMrush; create reports that surface actionable insights.
- Collaborate with RevOps to ensure accurate tracking of SEO-related performance and conversions.
- Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm changes, and developments in AI and LLM technology to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record and point of view on how to drive organic growth through both technical and content-driven strategies.
- Strong command of technical SEO, including canonicalization, crawl budget management, schema markup, and mobile-first indexing.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and directly with developers to implement technical improvements.
- Deep knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush)
- Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts, including semantic search, prompt engineering, token limits, and fine-tuning models for content or classification tasks.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into SEO workflows or content pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort designing experiments and interpreting data to inform decisions.
- Understanding of how SEO and paid media strategies intersect and support one another.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate SEO and AI strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
