How do we handle freelancing at SPOC?
- We expect availability during standard “business hours,” but the details are always negotiated individually. We prioritize transparency and mutual understanding to ensure that the terms of our collaboration are comfortable for both you and within the client’s expectations;
- Fully remote work: enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere, without the need for commuting;
- Your skills and experience will determine which project and for which client you will join. We deliver services to many clients, so if we have a new proposal for you after a project ends, we will sit down for discussions again and offer you an opportunity to delve into new subjects.
What projects are implemented at SPOC?
Requirements
🔸 Proven experience in implementing and developing ServiceNow areas such as ServiceMapping, GRC, IRM, AI, HRSD czy ITIL: (min. 3 years)
🔸 ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, FSM experience would be a great advantage
🔸 Practical knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap
🔸 Practical knowledge of webservice APIs (SOAP, REST)
🔸 Knowledge about understanding of platform scripting (business rules, script includes, client scripts etc.)
🔸 Communication in English is our everyday life, so we require at least C1 level in speaking and writing
🔸 ServiceNow certs would be an advantage
