About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, driving business objectives by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and recommending data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Elicit, document, and manage clear and concise business requirements (BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories).
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas of improvement or automation.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Development, QA, and Operations.
- Support testing efforts by preparing test cases and validating outcomes against requirements.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for stakeholders and team members.
- Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in change management and adoption activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Visio, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Preferably: Retail Domain experience.
