Job description
We seek a motivated Technical Program Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of key business outcomes. As a Technical Program Manager at Signifyd, you’ll be at the forefront of protecting and growing e-commerce businesses in the face of fraud and abuse, while enabling seamless customer experiences and insights.
In this role, you’ll:
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that directly impact our customers’ success
- Work on complex technical initiatives that protect billions in e-commerce transactions in a fast-paced, growing fintech company
- Partner with engineering, product, and data science teams to build scalable fraud prevention solutions
- Grow your career while developing expertise in e-commerce, fraud prevention, and technical leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own project scope, goals, and key milestones for your initiatives
- Proactively track and manage issues, risks, and project dependencies
- Understand technical capabilities and limitations to make informed decisions
- Drive clarity by breaking down complex problems and asking thoughtful questions
- Build trust and strong relationships with stakeholders across different teams
- Use data and metrics to ground expectations and track progress
- Create and maintain clear artifacts and visuals to drive alignment on project details
- Keep customer needs in mind and leverage product input to ensure valuable solutions
- Work with managers and teammates to ensure project alignment and adapt plans as needed
- Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented environment for your teammates and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in a Program Management, Technical Project Management, or related technical role
- Experience managing software development projects, ideally within an agile environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable with basic technical concepts and a willingness to learn more
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with cloud services and technologies, a plus
- Exposure to building analytics products or services, a plus
- Familiarity with Machine Learning or Data Science concepts, a plus

USA Base Salary Pay Range
$120,000—$160,000 USD
