This is a full-time, remote position, and is open to candidates across the UK.

Job Summary

Trial Managers are responsible for supporting potential clients, and occasionally clients, in maximising their effective use of the contentmarketing.AI product.

Main objectives

To ensure trial organisations fully engage with contentmarketing.ai during their trial.

To ensure trial organisations are fully aware of the benefits and capabilities offered by the contentmarketing.ai product.

Critical performance areas

1. Trial preparation

You will review the initial sales demonstration of the organisation concerned to familiarise yourself with their drivers and areas of interest.

From a list of content templates, you will prepare a number of sample items for the client from that list ahead of the trial starting.

2. User training

You will conduct user training sessions for staff members within the trialing organisation who are assessing the merits of contentmarketing.ai.

These user training sessions will effectively showcase the potential of the product and walk the user through specific activities.

User training will work to encourage potential users to undertake a number of actions (bespoke to their needs) during the trial period.  In doing so, you will show case the product’s potential by sharing the items you have pre-created.

3. Trial engagement and support

During the course of each organisation’s trial you will touch in with the core trialists to ensure they are getting the most out of the system and to encourage them to explore the product.

During the trial you will also field incoming user enquiries about how to effectively use cotnentmarketing.ai.

4. Trial reports

Near the end of each trial you will write a crisp report of the individual trial experience to share with the relevant Business Development Executive ahead of them circling back in with the decision makers concerned.

5. Wider customer and commercial support

From time to time you will be required to assist with other aspects of contentmarketing.ai’s commercial operations.  In particular this will involve assisting permanent clients (as well as trialists) in their use of the contentmarkeitng.ai product, and also on occasion attending trade shows at which the company has a promotional booth.

Person specification

You will have experience of working in a customer facing context, capable of strong clear positive communication.

You will be expected to operate fully independently and self-sufficiently, and will be comfortable in doing so.

You will share our passion for assisting clients in generating great content.

You will need a positive approach and be willing to embrace the challenge of working in an entrepreneurial and small business environment.

Working Hours

This role requires a working commitment of 37.5 hours per week.

The working hours for this role are 10.30am to 7pm Monday to Friday (with an hour lunch break).

£30,000 - £30,000 a year

The role is paid at £30,000 per year.  In addition you will earn commission, equivalent to a sixth of the monthly subscription value for each trial you manage that later converts to become a contracted client.

The role provides for 22 days of holiday per year, plus statutory bank holidays.
