Job Description:
Teachers On Demand, INC. is seeking dynamic and experienced SAT Prep Instructors to join our team and help students achieve their best possible scores on the SAT exam. As a Virtual SAT Prep Instructor, you will provide high-quality online instruction to students preparing for the SAT, focusing on test-taking strategies, content knowledge, and personalized academic support.
In this role, you will inspire students to reach their full potential by delivering engaging, one-on-one, or group (3 students max) virtual instruction. Whether helping students master challenging test sections or building confidence in their test-taking strategies, your expertise will make a direct and lasting impact.
In this role, you will facilitate a 5-hour SAT Intensive Workshop on Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
What You’ll Do:
Facilitate 5-hour SAT Intensive Workshops
Provide high-quality, interactive virtual preparation sessions aligned with SAT standards.
Provide the highest quality of SAT resources proven to increase student SAT score success.
Support students in the SAT subjects (reading and writing).
Teach effective test-taking strategies.
Assess learning gaps, track progress, and create customized strategies to improve student performance.
Foster a supportive and engaging virtual learning environment that builds confidence and academic success.
Utilize virtual tools and platforms to connect with students effectively.
What You Bring:
- Experience with SAT tutoring or preparation programs (required).
- Experience raising student SAT scores a minimum of 200 points. (required)
- Knowledge of the latest trends and changes in SAT content and structure (required)
- Certification in teaching, especially 9th-12th (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related subject (Master’s preferred).
- Proficiency with virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.). (required)
- A commitment to student success, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude (required)
- Tools Needed: Computer, phone, internet access, and quiet work environment.
- Availability: Saturday from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM

Compensation:
- $100.00 p/h for 1 student = $500.00
- $150.00 p/h for 2 students = $750.00
- $200.00 p/h for 3 students = $1000.00
