Job Purpose

The Paid Performance Marketing Team responsible for all media buying services and solutions from platforms such as Google, Facebook, Bing, Yandex, Naver, Baidu, and any other media buying platform. The main objective of the team is to deliver aCommerce client demand generation needs.

The role of Paid Performance Marketing Team is to be the bridge between the PPM team and other team (Marketing Planning and Strategy or Key Account Management) in term of daily work, account allocation, and work together with the PPM manager through internal projects to improve efficiency. Paid performance Marketing Team will be working closely with and reporting to Paid Performance Marketing Manager.

Primary Role Responsibilities

  • Account allocations
  • Quarterly reviews with vendors or partner
  • Team process standardization and improvement
  • Stay up to date with best practices, new tools and technologies
  • Understand team’s challenges by managing end-to-end process: research, campaign planning, production, performance monitoring, campaign optimization, reporting and consultation
  • Responsible for driving initiatives to achieve our client’s business objective (often revenue or number of lead) using search advertising (Google, Yahoo, and Bing), display advertising, YouTube advertising, and mobile application advertising
  • Analyze and optimize the campaign portfolio using data-driven technique. Then, develop strategies to grow the business
  • Channel performance evaluations

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • 2-4 years of experience and knowledge in Digital Marketing is a must!
  • Strong Google Marketing Platform knowledge is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating performance reports
  • Eagerness to learn and adopt new tools/technologies as well as share knowledge with others
  • A self-starting attitude – ability to work independently and take initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work as a team and with clients
  • Good command of MS Office, MS-EXCEL, MS-POWERPOINT, MS-WORD
