Job Title: Programme Delivery Manager
Location: Midlands (Droitwich)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) (Hybrid)
Salary: Up To £95,000
Job Summary:
The Programme Delivery Manager reports to the COO and leads the end to-end planning, execution, and delivery of our Fixed Wireless Access
(FWA) deployment programme. Responsible for coordinating cross functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance
with regulatory standards, and driving successful FWA rollout across target regions.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the FWA deployment programme from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed programme plans, deployment schedules, and resource allocation models for FWA rollouts.
- Work closely with engineering, field operations, procurement, vendors, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of the deployment, helping them to clear blockers
- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage third-party vendors, equipment suppliers, and contractors involved in FWA implementation; ensure performance against SLAs and contract terms.
- Track programme budgets, control costs, and provide financial reporting and forecasts to leadership, highlighting opportunities for change
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to programme delivery, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to executive stakeholders; manage internal and external programme communications.
- Ensure deployment activities comply with all relevant technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Skills
Technical – Demonstrable experience of programme management with a proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Primavera).

Essential
- Proven experience (5+ years) in telecoms programme or project management, preferably in wireless network deployment.
- Strong understanding of Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) technologies, 4G/5G, and network infrastructure.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project/programme management certification.
