We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This hybrid role supports both front-office customer interactions and back-of-house warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate order processing, and assist with daily warehouse tasks to ensure efficient and timely operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Customer Service
· Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email with a positive and professional attitude.
· Process customer orders, returns, and inquiries accurately and efficiently.
· Provide product information, pricing details, and order status updates.
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
· Maintain customer records and documentation in company systems.
Warehouse Operations
· Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and products.
· Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
· Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
· Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Previous experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic computer skills, including familiarity with order entry or inventory software.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
· Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain one).
