Your Journey as a Recruitment Trainee
You will be guided and trained to:
- Support the recruitment team in managing vacancies across multilingual markets
- Assist in sourcing and pre-screening candidates through various tools and platforms
- Participate in interviews and candidate follow-up under the supervision of a Recruitment Manager
- Contribute to enhancing candidate experience and internal communication processes
- Collaborate with a young, multicultural team and gain real exposure to international recruitment operations
What We are Looking For
- Based in Vila Nova de Famalicão or nearby
- Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related areas
- Passion for people, communication, and multicultural environments
- Good level of English (spoken and written)
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment
