We are looking for a Working Student Operations Assistant to join our Bolt Drive business. You will be supporting the team in the repair management of our vehicle fleet. Please note that this is a part-time position.

As a Bolt Drive Working Student Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for the repair management. The goal is to support the team in repairing all necessary damages in alignment with the partner network.
Assigning repairs to the bodyshop partners depending on their capacity. Tracking the current damages in the internal systems. Aligning with the bodyshop partners on the repair status of each vehicle. Dispatching repairs to the Vehicle Specialists. Assist with further operational duties as required.
You care about people and you are passionate about helping others. You are an excellent communicator in English and German. You are a natural problem solver and quick learner. You have very good attention to detail and can multitask, prioritize, and focus.
