Senior Digital and E-Commerce Specialist
Reports to: E-Commerce Marketing Manager
Location: Vancouver, BC
Annual Salary: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Digital and E-Commerce Specialist to lead the day-to-day operational execution of our delivery and Click & Collect channels across Canada and the USA. This role ensures our digital platforms run smoothly, bakeries are supported, and customers receive a consistent, seamless experience.
This is a critical role to support operational excellence, issue triage, ensure accuracy in merchandising, manage delivery platform, and report performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Digital Operations & Triage Management
- Lead triage for Shopify and delivery platform issues, outages, and visibility problems
- Coordinate resolutions with IT, vendors, and Digital Product Specialist
- Manage daily operational checklists and documentation
- Communicate platform impacts or outages to Retail Operations and bakeries
Delivery platform Operations (Uber, DoorDash, Skip, Instacart)
- Own bakery onboarding and ensure accurate menu setup and visibility
- Assist in resolving platform discrepancies
- Execute delivery promotions, sponsored listings, and platform marketing tasks
- Support business review inputs and performance insights
Shopify and Click & Collect Operations
- Lead operational roll out of Click & Collect projects
- Support Click & Collect readiness and QA site functionality
- Partner with the Digital Product Specialist on testing and technical validation
Digital Merchandising
- Support evergreen merchandising for Canada and USA
- Maintain collection updates, product sequencing, and seasonal shifts
- Ensure alignment of product data across web, Click & Collect, and delivery
Network Support Coordination
- Resolve digital customer issues quickly and accurately
- Liaise between IT, Marketing, bakeries, and support teams
- Report on recuring customer support trends and platform issues
- Triage franchisee support queries
KPI Reporting
- Deliver weekly e-commerce and delivery KPI reporting
- Support business review packages with operational insights
- Track recurring operational issues and impacts
Other projects and duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Operations, or related fields
- Minimum 3+ years experience in ecommerce operations, digital operations, or retail operations.
- Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce/CMS system required
- Experience with delivery platforms or aggregators (Uber, DoorDash, Skip, Instacart, Deliverect) required
- Experience with issue triage, BAU management, and platform troubleshooting required
- Strong background in KPI tracking, performance reporting, and operational rollouts
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Retail Operations, IT, and external vendors
- Understanding of franchise environment an asset
- Data-driven mindset with KPI and reporting literacy
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and operational execution abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication and relationship building skills
