Founded in 2009, we are a North American sports-tech entertainment company. We offer gaming, sports betting, daily fantasy sports, advance-deposit wagering, and TV/media services. Our brands include FanDuel, Stardust Casino, TVG, FanDuel Sportsbook, FanDuel Casino, and FanDuel Racing. We also run FanDuel TV, which broadcasts shows like “Up & Adams” and “Run It Back,” and features horse racing content. We partner with organizations such as Major League Baseball, The Greenbrier America’s Resort, D.C. United, NFL, NHL, Bally, WNBA, and Live! Casino.

We are a subsidiary of Flutter Entertainment, a global sports betting and gaming operator traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: FLUT). Our US offices are in New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Jersey City, Memphis, Orlando, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. Globally, we have offices in Canada (Toronto) and Scotland (Edinburgh), and our affiliates have offices in Ireland, Portugal, Romania, and Australia.
