We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Digital learning Content Design Associate to work with us remotely to support the launch of our new digital Learning platform CXG LEARN.

What you will be doing:

As a Digital learning Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our Academy Team to deliver innovative and immersive training content on CXG Learn—our first all-in-one digital learning platform. This platform is designed specifically for our luxury retail clients, empowering their front-line teams—sales advisors, store managers, and trainers—with engaging, interactive learning experiences that elevate the retail experience. It’s a pioneering project and a high-priority initiative for 2025, marking CXG’s first major step into digital learning.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Content Creation Manager, contributing to a comprehensive library of training content tailored to the needs of luxury retail. The modules will cover essential themes such as retail experience, the art of selling, luxury retail management, and retail performance.

Responsibilities:

1- Needs Analysis and Scoping:

  • Contribute to the analysis of clients’ training needs.
  • Identify learning objectives with the support of the tutor.

2- Instructional Design:

  • Support the creation of training paths (classroom, e-learning, blended learning).
  • Participate in the development of storyboards and instructional scenarios.
  • Adapt content according to the target audience.

3- Content Production:

  • Select and design learning resources (videos, quizzes, infographics, etc.).
  • Produce e-learning modules using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Autrice, etc.).
  • Create media elements using digital and AI tools (Heygen, Canva Pro, etc.).
  • Contribute to defining the digital graphic identity of the modules.

4- Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Test developed modules and gather feedback.
  • Suggest Learning and technical adjustments.

5- Research and Innovation:

  • Conduct competitive intelligence (digital learning, digital tools, innovative learning methods).

6- Project Management:

  • Contribute to training project planning and monitoring.

What you will bring along:

This role is ideal if you have a keen interest in digital and in the retail luxury industry. To thrive in this position, you should have:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in digital learning, instructional design or educational engineering at a renowned university or specialized school.
  • Prior experience in digital learning is needed.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail is valued.

Required skills:

  • Mastery of Articulate Storyline (authoring tool) is a must
  • Strong skills in video creation and editing
  • Experience in designing media elements using digital and AI tools (e.g., Heygen, Canva Pro, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • A strong project coordination profile with a creative eye.
  • Skills in consolidating and summarizing information from varied sources.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (French is a plus)
  • An open-minded, curious, proactive mindset.
  • Genuine interest in the word of digital, training, luxury, and retail.
