Passion for Life, Inc.

We founded Passion for Life in 2006 to create opportunities for metro Atlanta youth in economically disadvantaged, high-risk areas. We work with students who may lack access to technology, resources, or professional networks, providing a supportive environment where they feel recognized and heard.

Our main service is career coaching and immersion. We deliver this through the 4-I Career Immersion Framework, a curriculum that guides students to investigate career options, experience different fields, identify their selections, and create a career plan.

Our programs, for middle and high school students, include in-person workshops and group coaching. These sessions help students explore their interests and strengths, set career goals, develop personalized plans, and build resilience.

Our mission is to provide career coaching and immersion opportunities that turn passions into rewarding careers.

We value supporting students who might otherwise be overlooked, giving them a safe space to be seen, heard, and believed.

Passion for Life, Inc. has 11-50 employees. We have a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where we value leadership, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across departments. Our culture emphasizes collaboration, consistent communication, and data-driven decisions. We look for high-energy individuals who want to make a visible impact, especially in volunteer roles. Coaches use an interactive approach to connect with students.

We offer flexible scheduling, recommendation letters, and internship credits. Some volunteer roles are fully remote.

Volunteers can gain experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, marketing strategy, social media, community outreach, and project management. We also provide networking opportunities and a chance to develop new skills. Project management volunteers may earn PDUs.

Part-time Career Coaches earn a flat rate of $15 per hour with hands-on training.
