Join us as our new Leaning & Development Advisor
We are looking for a Leaning and Development Adviso r to join our Human Resources Team.
This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively to develop and continuously advance the capabilities of our Asia-Pacific employees, based offshore and onshore. You will ensure the crew are trained, certified, and competent to perform their roles safely and effectively, as well as providing oversight of training programs, monitoring compliance risks, and recommending improvements to maintain regulatory and operational standards.

- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Vocational Education, or Organisational Development / Psychology, coupled with proven experience in a similar position.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent;
- Successful Learning and Development deployment and oversight;
- Proven capability producing compliance reports, gap analyses, and recommending improvements;
- Proficiency in Learning and Development systems and portals
- Demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships with internal teams and external providers (RTOs, regulators), to deliver cost effective and beneficial training solutions.
- Operational understanding of Australian and Maritime workplace training standards, as well as Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
