Position Title: Senior Partner Solutions Engineer

Reports to: Head of Technical Services

Office Location: Louisville, CO

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays in-office)

POSITION OVERVIEW

Step into a pivotal senior role at Duda, where precision and drive fuel real change. As a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer, you’ll go beyond technical consulting and onboarding. You coach peers, shape partner strategy, and architect scalable frameworks that set the standard for success. Collaborate with Account Executives and Partner Executives to deliver measurable outcomes, leading strategic conversations and building trusted relationships from first contact through post-launch adoption. Define and refine best practices, build enablement programs, and influence product direction while delivering solutions that empower teams and partners alike. You operate at the intersection of consulting, enablement, and commercial impact by elevating partner experiences and strengthening our business, every step of the way.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Solution Engineering & Consulting

  • Coach Account Executives and other Solutions Engineers on effective technical positioning, elevating the overall quality of sales conversations.
  • Lead pre-sales solution workshops and provide integration guidance on Duda’s APIs, SSO, and other extensibility features.
  • Deliver tailored demos, proofs of concept, and solution walk-throughs that resonate with executive and technical audiences.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to surface customer feedback and advocate for roadmap priorities.
  • Shape and standardize technical evaluations and guide partner strategies, positioning Duda as a trusted advisor to both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Influence leadership perceptions by clearly articulating complex technical solutions in an accessible manner.

Partner Onboarding & Success

  • Own the technical onboarding process for new partners, ensuring smooth setup, site migrations, and integrations.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for existing accounts, solving escalated issues and guiding long-term adoption.
  • Build strong relationships with partner technical teams, helping them expand their use of Duda, while driving executive-level alignment by mapping partner business goals to Duda’s current and long-term roadmap.
  • Initiate and lead programs to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across strategic partners, creating scalable playbooks that others in the org can leverage.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business processes and internal infrastructure to uncover underlying pain points. Proactively identify opportunities where our solutions add value, and translate technical capabilities into compelling, tailored business outcomes.

Development & Tooling

  • Create scripts, utilities, or proof-of-concept integrations to unblock partners and assist Account Executives in closing deals.
  • Build internal tooling that improves efficiency for Sales, TAMs, and Support. Drive the adoption of this tooling across the organization by championing best practices and maintaining resources.
  • Architect reusable frameworks (Reference implementations, integration templates, SDKs) that reduce time-to-value for partners and sales teams.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, tutorials, and guides for partners and internal teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead cross-org enablement sessions that upskill Account Managers, Sales, and TAMs on new integrations, features and best practices.
  • Act as a bridge between executives, product leaders and partners. Influence long-term strategic direction based on aggregated partner insights.
  • Identify emerging needs and influence Duda’s platform vision, collaborating with senior Product leadership to prioritize investments aligned with market trends and enterprise client requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Technical skills: Expert level understanding of web technologies, APIs, DBs and integrations. Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.js is highly desirable. Strong foundational knowledge of client-side technologies, frameworks and libraries
  • Strategic Influence: Ability to shape sales strategy, influence product direction and frame technical solutions in terms of long-term business outcomes for both customers and Duda.
  • Thought Leadership: Recognized as a go-to authority internally and externally. Able to create frameworks, playbooks and repeatable approaches that elevate the practice of solution engineering across the commercial organization.
  • Mentor and Coach:  Elevate the skills of other Solutions Engineers by defining and modeling best practices for customer engagement, onboarding, and technical discovery. Share technical selling expertise across the entire commercial organization, with a focus on demonstrating the business value created by integrations and new features.
  • Executive Presence: Confident in guiding conversations with C-level stakeholders, aligning technical possibilities with strategic business priorities.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of enterprise partner processes and the ability to connect technical integrations to ROI, operational efficiency and market differentiation.
  • Self-starter with ownership mindset: Proactive, thrive in ambiguity, and care deeply about partner success.
  • Human connection: Brings empathy, emotional intelligence, and active listening to every interaction to build trust and strong relationships.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business preferred, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience with technical account management, sales engineering, solution consulting, or a similar client-facing technical role
  • Hands-on background with web technologies, APIs, and SaaS platforms is a plus
  • Experience presenting technical solutions to customers and communicating effectively with both technical and business teams
  • Some exposure to scripting languages or building small internal tools (JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js preferred) is valuable
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Engineering is helpful

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Annual base salary range: $155,000 - $175,000
  • OTE potential earnings range: $175,000-$199,000 through performance-based variable compensation, paid quarterly
  • Equity participation including initial, performance, and refresh grants following company policy
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance and unlimited/flexible PTO
  • Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and alignment with the role
